About The Firm
Serving the Family’s Needs:
We’ve been serving Colorado Springs, the Front Range, and Southern Colorado since October of 2013. In our time practicing law and assisting people with their legal issues we have come to understand that when people need representation it is almost never at a time that is either convenient or easy for them. We have made it a mission of this Firm to provide affordable legal services to those who need it when they need it. Our motto, “Serving the Family’s Needs,” is meant to reflect this, and we strive to be knowledgable and practiced in several areas of law commonly encountered by regular citizens: Civil Litigation, Probate Law, Criminal Defense, and areas such as Education Law and Juvenile Law where it's just good to know you have someone on your side.
As of July 1, 2019, we are now Bufkin & Schneider Law, LLC. We have combined firms with The Law Office of Bradley T. Bufkin and are very excited about this new partnership! Our new website should be up in the next few weeks, so please be patient with us during this transition. In the mean time, we remain available by phone and email, and even invite you to stop by our office if you have any questions or would like to inquire. Please be aware that our attorneys meet with clients by appointment only, but our front desk and paralegal staff are able to assist you with basic questions or in setting up an appointment.
